            <p id="isPasted">Lancaster Medical School is seeking to appoint a Clinical Skills Manager at 1.0 FTE. Part-time and job share arrangements will be considered for the right candidate.</p><p>You will be able to prioritise a complex workload and work effectively under pressure, while developing and maintaining strong working relationships with the MBChB programme team and a range of internal and external stakeholders, including partner NHS Trusts.</p><p>Excellent organisational skills and demonstrable experience in clinical skills teaching (including physical examination skills) are essential.</p><p>You will be a registered healthcare professional on an Agenda for Change contract (e.g. nurse or allied health professional), registered with a relevant UK professional regulatory body (e.g. the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or the Health and Care Professions Council). You must hold a current licence to practise and have substantial experience in clinical settings relevant to undergraduate medical education.</p><p>You will be responsible for delivering teaching to medical students across a range of clinical skills, with a focus on clinical examination of key body systems, supporting preparation for early clinical experience. You will also facilitate small group teaching, simulation-based education, and lecture-based sessions.</p><p>You will support the management of a state-of-the-art simulation and clinical skills facility, including a 9-bed clinical skills laboratory and an 8-bed mobile simulation teaching unit.
