            <p id="isPasted">We&rsquo;re looking for a Learning Technologist to join our friendly and forward-thinking team in the Faculty of Health and Medicine. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the development of engaging, high-quality digital learning across a diverse portfolio of programmes.</p><p><u>In this role, you will:</u></p><ul><li>support colleagues to design and enhance digital learning materials and activities &nbsp;</li><li>develop and maintain content within our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) &nbsp;</li><li>create multimedia resources such as video and interactive content &nbsp;</li><li>provide practical advice and troubleshooting support on learning technologies &nbsp;</li><li>work collaboratively across the University to share good practice &nbsp;</li><li>You&rsquo;ll be part of a small, supportive team delivering work with real impact on the student experience. &nbsp;</li></ul><p>We welcome applicants with transferable skills, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.&nbsp;</p><p><u>About you</u></p><p>You will bring:</p><ul><li>strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities &nbsp;</li><li>excellent communication skills, including explaining technical concepts clearly &nbsp;</li><li>experience of using digital platforms (e.g. VLEs or similar systems) &nbsp;</li><li>a proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving &nbsp;</li><li>the ability to work both independently and as part of a team &nbsp;</li><li>An interest in digital learning, accessibility, and inclusive practice will help you thrive. &nbsp;</li></ul><p><u>The Faculty of Health and Medicine</u></p><p>You will join a collaborative Faculty focused on delivering high-quality teaching and an excellent student experience across disciplines including medicine, health, and biomedical sciences. This role plays a key part in supporting innovative, inclusive, and engaging approaches to learning and teaching, helping our programmes evolve to meet the needs of our students.</p><p><u>Contract and contact</u></p><p>This is a full-time, fixed-term role for 12 months from 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2027.
